At Zoya Home, we want you to love your living space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home decor and furniture items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zoya Home account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and inserts included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
